Doug Tollefson Phone: (503) 233-8332 E-Mail: dtollefson@archdpdx.org Doug has been working in development for more than twenty years with a strong and varied background in Annual, Planned and Major Giving. He holds a Masters Degree (MPD) in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. His career includes experience with large and small development programs from a University, a smaller Diocese in the Midwest, and the Archdiocese of Portland. Mr. Tollefson believes that Development is a critical ministry of the Catholic Church, and that giving is a learned experience where development professionals have the honor of acting as the teachers of philanthropy.
Doug and his wife Julie live in the Rock Creek area of Portland and have two adult children Amanda and Alex. Doug and Julie are active members of St. Juan Diego Parish in Portland. |

Beth received her first Development experience as a student caller for the Washington State University Foundation, working up to student manager. After college, she worked for the Easter Seals of Oregon as their Volunteer Coordinator and Special Events Assistant. In 1998, she joined the Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon Development staff and has been actively involved with all aspects of the archdiocesan development efforts including special events and data base management, as well as annual, planned, and major gifts. Beth loves being an integral part of Catholic development and helping donors fulfill their philanthropic goals while furthering the mission of the Church in Western Oregon.
Beth and her husband Eric live in outer SE Portland with their five-year-old son Jamie and their two Labrador Retrievers. |
